"Courteous staffs. I dropped my credit card inside the office and before I could get in my car, one of the lady staffs came out and hand me credit card saying that she found it in the floor of their office. I did not even know I drop it. Thanks to that lady in State Farm."

"I recently had to change insurance companies due to a large price increase at my previous company. I hated to leave because I loved their claims service but the price was way too high. In searching for a new company I reached out to my roofer who recommended the Aaron Reeves State Farm agency. When I called I was immediately connected to Jasmin Herndon who was very friendly and helpful in understanding my needs. I also loved that they were so much cheaper than my previous carrier. Jasmine has been excellent at follow up and recommendations for coverage. Although I'm new to the agency and haven't needed much service other than the initial policy binding, I'd recommend them for their personal service."
